Skyguards DUPHI X MATS overlap is engineered for heavy-duty applications. Its integrated overlap system ensures effective load distribution across mats, minimizing deflection under pressure. With orthogonal assembly, mats are installed quickly with exchangeable nut connectors using standard M16 bolts and require no ground preparation.

What is the loading mats for the DUPHI X mats?
This depends on the weight of the vehicle (contact pressure) and the bearing capacity of the underlying ground. Being of solid construction, Duphi X mats will flex to the ground contours. They are designed for heavy duty applications using vehicles and equipment such as mobile cranes, excavators, and tipper trucks.

Do I need equipment to install the DUPHI X MATS?
Yes, because the DUPHI X MATS weight 238kgs. It can be lifted and installed using different types of equipment including hooks and chains, lifting straps, tele-handlers, forklifts, or vacuum lift.

Do the DUHPI X MATS needs to be connected?
It is recommended that when installed, DUPHI X mats are connected to prevent separation during use and to provide a safe working surface for personnel and vehicles. Skyguards will provide the connectors when you buy the mats. Or you can also buy the connectors seperately.

Do the mats require ground preparation
In most cases, no. The mats conform to minor ground irregularities, reducing or eliminating the need for ground preparation. However, they are not designed to bridge ditches, trenches or unsupported voids, so some grading or infilling may be required where these exist.
