Ordinary plastic fencing tends to turn brittle and crack under low temperatures. It also ages rapidly under alternating conditions of ice vapour and temperature fluctuation.

The mall has high aesthetic requirements. Traditional protective barriers feature bulky profiles and limited colour options, compromising the overall interior decoration effect.

When scraped by ice skates, standard panels get scratched easily and wear out quickly, resulting in frequent maintenance and replacement.

To meet the dedicated protection requirements for indoor real ice rinks in commercial malls, the real ice rink project at Beijing Lize Mall adopts a national-standard combined protection solution. It features a high-strength aluminum alloy frame structure with a standard field height of 1.2 meters. 12 mm thick tempered glass is embedded as the main protective component. The glass height is precisely customized according to the actual ground elevation difference and site dimensions of the ice rink, achieving tight, gap-free fitting across the entire rink. The system fully complies with international safety standards for real ice rink construction and satisfies both the high-end decoration and safety protection requirements of the commercial complex ice rink.

The safety indicators fully comply with international ice rink standards. With a standard protective height of 1.2 meters, the integrated structure of aluminum alloy frame and 12mm tempered glass delivers qualified impact resistance, which effectively prevents skaters from sliding out of the ice rink. The tempered glass features reliable explosion-proof performance and eliminates the risk of fragment cuts caused by collisions. The entire fencing system has successfully passed safety inspections of the mall and ice rink, meeting the requirements for long-term public operation of commercial ice rinks.

Customized according to on-site measured dimensions, the system achieves a seamless and precise installation. The height of tempered glass is tailored to adapt to on-site ground height differences. No obvious gaps exist at the bottom and splicing joints of the fencing, eliminating potential hazards such as tripping accidents and ice puck leakage. The overall fencing maintains uniform verticality and flatness, presenting a neat and premium visual effect that matches the high-end decoration positioning of the commercial mall.

The stable structure is well adapted to the high-humidity and low-temperature environment of ice rinks. The aluminum alloy frame is anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation, resisting rust, deformation and loosening during long-term service in low-temperature and humid ice rink conditions. The firm assembly of frames and glass ensures no glass shaking or seal failure after continuous operational impacts, greatly reducing subsequent maintenance workload.
